• The shipping cost for artworks is determined based on the delivery location and the size of the artwork. These costs will be communicated after the purchase is made.
• Grey Clouds Gallery will confirm shipping details with the buyer and make any necessary adjustments based on the artwork's size.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and will be provided after the sale.

2.3. Returns and Exchanges

• Artworks are sold "as is" and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
• If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will review the claim and discuss possible solutions, including a replacement or refund.

3. Clothing

3.1. Clothing sold under Grey Clouds Gallery includes various items such as T-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.

Pre-order items are made available for purchase during a specified period, and once the pre-order period closes, orders will be processed and shipped within the timeframe indicated (typically within 10 business days). Please note that any changes to the estimated delivery date will be communicated via email.
